Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to add or change your photo in LinkedIn. It’s really worthwhile doing, especially if your photo is not telling people about you. LinkedIn photos – from my observations – are often too blurry. Good lighting, a warm, inviting smile and a good picture of your face are all big helps to getting noticed by future employers.
