Your LinkedIn Company page is sort of a mini website to your company. Company pages let your customers and prospects to know about the people in your company. You can feature about the people behind your brand and how the customers are using your products. Your company page is a great way to build your profile and reputation to your customers. In your LinkedIn page you can also promote your company’s status, updates, any promotions you have or relevant news. Company status updates are a powerful communication tool because it sends a direct message or a direct update to your followers. A LinkedIn page can have many components but I am going to share with you the five of them. 01. Overview of your company homepage The home tab at the top shows the overview of your company. It can include recent updates, a brief description of your company and the people who work in your company with the first, second and third degree connections. You can also post your company’s blogs in the home tab. It’s kind of a nice way to give an overview of the company and a good opportunity to say, to tell your clients, to tell the visitors what your company’s about. 02. Career posting options. In the career page of the LinkedIn they will show the any job openings you have from your company. Here you can add a brief description of the company culture and the people who work there and what a fantastic culture you have in the workplace. In the career page you can feature your top employees and use targeted messaging so that your openings are filled up quickly with the best talent. If you have a Gold Career page, but you have to pay extra; you can directly target the career options to individuals. 03. Showcasing your Page You can feature your products and services on the sidebar widget. When a prospect or a customer visits your page, they can see what their network connections have posted commented or shared in the showcased section. You can also create a directory style showcase pages in the sidebar as well. Moreover, each product or service can have their own name, displays, images, special offers, video in showcased tab. 04. Sponsored Ads. LinkedIn advertising let you promote posts from your company page to individual or a company. This lets your message get in the front line of the viewer. Thus, they will see the sponsor update in their own timeline. 05. Analytics. Analytics tab is only visible to the admin of your company page. Analytics tab show that your visitors are, what they do and which companies they follow. You can get it insight in which content they’re most interested in their job function, their company, their industry and what they’re interested in.
